ANSWER ME PLEASE...
Three days ago, I asked my friend Gilbey the mind-boggling question, "Why on earth did they call that perfume 'Forest Interlude'?" Yesterday, she offered an answer: They named it after Eugene O'Neill's novel, Strange Interlude. Of course I found that strange, so I told her (Gilbey, not Eugene) that perhaps the naming of the, uh, purse concentre (as one Avon lady Gilbey and I know so charmingly put it), was a posthumous tribute to the author. Gilbey mentioned something about literary theories and instead of pursuing the topic, we talked about other interesting stuffs (men, movies, masters degrees, and more men).
I now therefore ask for your opinions on the matter Why On Earth Did They Call That Perfume 'Forest Interlude'? Emails, snail mails, messages here on my blog, or posts on the comments section of this blog are welcome.
